To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

If you couldn’t track here, when the package is finished processing and arrives at the carrier’s facility, we will receive the tracking information from them. At that time, an email with a tracking link will be sent to you automatically via the email you used to place the order. If you couldn’t find any emails our system, please check both the junk/spam folder, or live chat with us (right-bottom bubble).

Please follow your tracking number that will be emailed to you and make sure someone is home to receive the order if you are not comfortable with it being left unattended in your absence. Custom’n’Go is not responsible for confirmed deliveries that have been stolen. Custom’n’Go is not responsible for delays in product delivery by USPS or UPS due to weather or their own internal errors.
